Creekside Park

Creekside Park

Located on the west side of the City on Gee Drive, this 22 acre park is accessible from Foreman Street and Alden Nash Rd. The park includes three little league baseball fields, one softball field, one large and two small soccer fields, a beach volleyball court, two horseshoe pits, and a community garden. The centerpiece of the park is a large wooden play structure, Creekside Kingdom, that was built in 1994 with volunteer labor from throughout the community. In addition, the park features a large picnic shelter that is available to reserve for private functions, two small pavilions, restrooms, and a concession stand that is operated during little league season.

This park serves as a community-wide facility used by many sport teams.  The YMCA utilizes the soccer fields, while Lowell Little League has baseball and softball programs on the ballfields.

In addition to ballfields, there is a paved and partially-lit pathway connecting the park to Cherry Creek Elementary school and the Valley Vista subdivision.   Lee Creek meanders through the north and east sides of the park.
