The Board of Review is responsible for reviewing appeals by property owners on property tax assessments. 

2012 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE

The City of Lowell Board of Review for 2012 will be held at the 
Lowell City Hall, 301 E Main St, on the following dates:

Organizational Meeting:
  • Tuesday, March 6th, 10:00am
Appeal Hearings: 
  • Tuesday, March 13th, 3:00pm to 9:00pm 
  • Thursday, March 15th, 12:00noon to 6:00pm
The Board of Review will meet as many more days as deemed necessary to hear questions, protests and to equalize the 2012 assessments
